Protocol TrackerFree · Android
The day starts when you do.
A supplement protocol is written in offsets — two hours after the first dose, six hours after that. Protocol Tracker anchors those offsets to the moment your day begins and schedules the rest from there.

What it does
Screenshots of the running app, with seeded data.
Doses scheduled from the moment the day starts
A late start moves the whole day with it, rather than scoring it as a miss. The list separates what is due now from what is still ahead.
Water, sunlight, exercise and meals in the same record
Six daily inputs kept beside the doses. Dose timing is derived from the first meal, so logging it moves the schedule.
A month of adherence at a glance
A ring for every day, with the month’s average above them: green at 80% and above, amber 50–79, red below 50.
Symptoms and relapses logged as they happen
Mood, a free note, and symptoms, relapses and cortisone recorded with their date, type and severity.
Everything exportable, and erasable in one action
Notification timing, language and theme sit here too.
Where the record lives
A database on the phone, behind its fingerprint or face unlock. No server address of ours is compiled into the build, so there is nothing for the app to sync to. The record leaves the phone as a report, when the patient sends one.
The UV window is the exception. It asks the phone for coordinates and sends them to open-meteo.com. It is on by default and switches off in Settings.
Start with tomorrow morning.
