The Logos at the intersection
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." — John 1:1 "The Word became flesh and lived among us." — John 1:14
The Word — Logos — is the meeting point. Eternal in nature (John 1:1; Colossians 1:15–17, "him all things were created"; Hebrews 1:1–3, "the very image of his substance"); temporal in incarnation (John 1:14). The Son is the bridge by which the eternal becomes addressable in time, and the temporal becomes redeemable in eternity. "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." (John 14:6).
